We meet on a Thursday night for band practise and then go to the Oasis for a bible study. There are normally about eight of us. We study the word of God and learn to grow and follow Him.

We also try and meet up once a month for a youth night called 707. We invite young people form the village to come and have fun, food and learn about God. We’ve had movie nights, fancy dress nights, P party, games nights and many more. Sometimes we plan a day out together, either to the beach or for nature walks. There we would spend the day together having a good time having fun.

As youngsters, once a year we go to soul survivor. It’s a big youth event for five days where thousands camp in fields and attend seminars to learn more about God. There is also morning and evening meetings that everyone attends with live music and guest speakers. Events are then run in the night to keep everyone entertained.

As a group we try and help fund raise for different charities. In October 2007 we took part in slum survivor, and had to built our own slum and lived off rations for a weekend to see how billions of people around the world have to live. We were sponsored to do it and raise £600. We have also been involved in several sponsored walks to raise money for other charities.
